GROUP TRAINING

At ICANFITNESS, we define “athlete” as anyone dedicated to their sport or fitness. All you need to do is show up and bring your dedication—we’ll provide the rest.

  • $100 for 1 month
  • $180 for 2 months (save $20!)
  • $250 for 3 months (save $50!)
  • $10 for Walkin's & Bootcamps

Ass N Abs

The 6 week program will consist of moves to target your gluteus muscles, legs and will be heldin the evening at 6:30 and 7:30 pm and will be held twice a week.

(Tuesday & Thursday's)

  • $90 For members
  • $120 For Non-members.

Ripped Camp

A 6 week program consisting of heavy weights, intense cardio and a very strict diet. This is a advance program with mandatory try outs.

(Friday & Sunday)
  • $65 for members
  • $85 for non members

I CAN KO

 A 6 week program consisting Cardio-boxing exercise, conditioning the total body and provides a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems.

XTREME STEPPING

Xtreme Hip Hop ADVANCE Step
60 minute step aerobics class non stop cardio. Performing different variations of exercises. Certified Xtreme Fitness Instructor with Phil
